Painting ceilings can be hot and messy work, you can end up with sweat in your eyes and paintspray in your hair.

My simple tip is this; cut the sleeves off an old t-shirt, this will help to keep you cool. Do not discard the sleeves, they can be used for rather stylish head protection.
