Timothy J. "T.J." Creamer
When I saw Army Col. Timothy J. "T.J." Creamer at an event, I brought only a book to get signed. However, since then I have refined (again!) my astronaut autograph collection to include signed photos of those I have met. (If I can get a second item signed, great, otherwise I'll wait 'til another event, or get one from them directly, or from the ASF.)
Here's Creamer signing the door of the Cosmonaut Hotel in Baikonaur, where cosmonauts stay before launching. Recognizable on the door are the autographs of Greg Olsen and Anousheh Ansari, both private space travelers. Below Ansari's is that of Charles Simonyi, another private space traveler, from his 2009 flight. (Simonyi has a photo of him in front of the same door on his website. By looking at the photo, I was able to determine Simonyi's 2007 autograph and identify the bottom right autograph, which read in part, TMA-13 / October, 12, 2008: Richard A. Garriott's signature. The top right signature may belong to Marcos Pontes, from what I can make on Simonyi's photo.)
Creamer - Day 46 of 365
China creamer from my grandmother's house after her death.
Tried Gwen's trick of tinted CD cases. Here with 2 flashlights, camera right, each with a pink CD case. The cases also diffuse the light. One pointed at the creamer and one pointed at the reflector on the left.
Also did a close-up in b&w that I uploaded.
